We only have one lemon tree but boy, does it work hard. This year it was not only covered in lemons but also the biggest lemons I've ever seen. They are so weirdly big that I had to take a number of photographs to try to get the perspective clear.
Connor and I giggled inanely at a recipe we were following that said "Add the juice of one lemon" - he clearly hadn't seen our lemons!
Lemonade, frozen lemon juice, lemon curd, lemon pound cake: I'm making it all. And we still have so many lemons stacked up in the kitchen that I just don't know how I'm going to use them all up.
