
Day-old dark bread and salmon "cut out" with round cookie cutters and then stuck together with a touch of cream cheese. The center is crumbled egg yolk, the leaves are dill.
I then ground a bit of black pepper over the top but in retrospect I think it looked better without (and tasted about the same). I might stick the egg on with a bit of cheese, next time, it tended to tumble off.
