This is Box 1 of 3 of the lemons. I have put a grapefruit into the box for perspective. I have put an orange and a matching grapefruit next to the box so you can see that our grapefruits are not abnormally small.
The really big lemon is still on the tree, I'm hoping for inspiration as to what to do with it. Fill it with lemon sorbet, for a dinner party, maybe? It'd make a good presentation.
I've made 2 litres worth of ice cubes, so we'll be sorted for gin and tonics in the summer. That used up half a box.
Any other bright ideas?
