I was hoping to catch a harvest moon set in Waikiki last week. Didn't happen. The moon was just a tad too high in the sky, so I had to settle for another natural phenomenon -- the terminator between night and day. So much light gets filtered out that low on the horizon that the terminator becomes very distinct line between night and day.
Oh, and don't mind that splash . . . it has something to do with waves...
