Whether giving real or imaginary water savings, due to Stage 3a water restriction the university no longer runs most of the fountains, instead they sit half-empty and stagnant, gradually filling with paper cups and polystyrene fast-food containers. This one is still running, delightfully cool on a 30+ degree day.
